How We Help You
Our First Conversation
When you call us our goal is to help put you at ease from the first conversation. We want you to get to know us and how this process is going to work. We will take down some basic information and begin to answer any questions you have.
Getting to Know You
We come to where you or your loved one is to begin our unique assessment. Our aim is to not only understand the medical condition and care needed, but to understand the person we are working with. We want to know about you and how we can help match the perfect place to your needs!
Each licensed care facility such as group homes or centers are inspected yearly by the Department of Health Services. We utilize the assessment done in our meeting to locate the nearest facilities in your area. From there we will background check each option to ensure that there are no care related issues that are of concern.
After identifying the safest homes, we will then preform surprise tours. This is the most important step. We show up unannounced to make sure we get to see how each place looks on a daily basis. A mini inspection is completed and we are seeing if this option matches to the needs, concerns, and wants of the person moving
We will coordinate with you to schedule tours at the pre-screened locations. For a lot of people this is their first time going through this. Our representative will come with you on these tours and help you ask the right questions. We also know that you may work during the week and finding time to do this may be difficult, so we will work on the weekend any time you need us!
Making the Move
Once we have helped you find the perfect place, we will continue to assist with making sure all of the little details are covered. From required documentation and paperwork, to helping pay for and find qualified transportation to the new place. Our representatives are with you every step of the way.
